Children's Mental Health Clinician

The Integrated Life is a leading provider of mental health services dedicated to supporting the well-being of children and adolescents.

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Children's Mental Health Clinician to join our team.

In this role, you will work directly with children and adolescents, providing therapeutic support, assessment, and intervention services to address a variety of mental health concerns.

You will collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote emotional well-being and foster positive growth.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for children and adolescents, including diagnostic evaluations and psychosocial evaluations.
• Provide evidencebased therapy services to address a range of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral disorders, and family conflict.
• Collaborate with clients and their families to develop personalized treatment goals and interventions that promote positive outcomes.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed, while maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client sessions and progress.
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, educators, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure integrated and holistic care.
• Advocate for the needs of children and adolescents within the community and support efforts to reduce stigma surrounding mental health.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a mental health clinician (e.g., Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist).
• Strong knowledge of child development, evidencebased treatment modalities, and traumainformed care approaches.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Commitment to cultural competence, diversity, equity, and inclusion in mental health practice.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards of practice.
