Children's Mental Health Clinician
The Integrated Life is a leading provider of mental health services dedicated to supporting the well-being of children and adolescents.

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Children's Mental Health Clinician to join our team.In this role, you will work directly with children and adolescents, providing therapeutic support, assessment, and intervention services to address a variety of mental health concerns.
You will collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote emotional well-being and foster positive growth.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for children and adolescents, including diagnostic evaluations and psychosocial evaluations.
- Provide evidencebased therapy services to address a range of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral disorders, and family conflict.
- Collaborate with clients and their families to develop personalized treatment goals and interventions that promote positive outcomes.
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed, while maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client sessions and progress.
- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, educators, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure integrated and holistic care.
- Advocate for the needs of children and adolescents within the community and support efforts to reduce stigma surrounding mental health.
Qualifications
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a mental health clinician (e.g., Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist).
- Strong knowledge of child development, evidencebased treatment modalities, and traumainformed care approaches.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Commitment to cultural competence, diversity, equity, and inclusion in mental health practice.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards of practice.
