Overview:

Duties:


  • Supervise and coordinate office activities
  • Manage phone systems and correspondence
  • Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
  • Maintain the front desk area and greet visitors
  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Assist with payroll processing and oversee accounts receivables
  • Coordinate office events and meetings
  • Assist on boarding and training new employees

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in office management or a similar role
  • Proficiency in MS Office and office management software. Experience in creating Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Construction or Property Service experience preferred but not mandatory

$50, $65,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

Microsoft Office: 3 years (preferred)

  • Administrative experience: 3 years (preferred)
