Overview:
Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate office activities
- Manage phone systems and correspondence
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Maintain the front desk area and greet visitors
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures
- Assist with payroll processing and oversee accounts receivables
- Coordinate office events and meetings
- Assist on boarding and training new employees
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office and office management software. Experience in creating Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Construction or Property Service experience preferred but not mandatory

$50, $65,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
Microsoft Office: 3 years (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 3 years (preferred)
