    The Sr.

    Project Manager has several years of experience partnering with clients, leading digital projects through all phases of engagement, including scope definition, resource management, scheduling, budget tracking, and development of project.

    The candidate must be comfortable managing projects of various sizes and complexities from inception through completion, identifying factors that determine project success to ensure delivery within time, cost and quality parameters.

    Senior Project Manager, Delivery

    Responsibilities

    • As a Senior Project Manager, you will work across all our practice domains, leading and motivating teams on various types of projects including website builds, marketing and advertising campaigns and technical implementations.
    • Develop project scopes, timelines, budgets, and manage risks, and proactively monitor, report and react to scope changes, budget burs and timeline risk.
    • Partner with internal teams to build relationships and provide leadership throughout all phases of the project, demonstrating the ability to understand problems and work toward solutions, building consensus within the team.
    • Report on project and budget status, identifying risks, issues and dependencies and raising and communicating these to clients and internal stakeholders providing solutions as needed to achieve business goals.
    • You demonstrate the ability to effectively facilitate meetings, documenting action items and next steps to ensure action items are completed.
    • Partner with new business and client service teams to contribute to the business development process, scoping opportunities and supporting the on-boarding of new clients and projects.
    • Partner closely with agency counterparts in client services, strategy, production, creative, experience, media, design, and technology to speak their language, drive work across all disciplines and deliver success.
    • Strong strategic, analytical skills and practical problem-solving skills, Must also be able to exercise favorable judgment to assess situations, evaluate options, and make decisions that support the teams success and agency growth
    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's required
    • Proven experience in leading client delivery projects that involve one or more of the following: website development, complex technology platforms work or advertising and marketing campaigns.
    • 5+ years of experience as a project manager in an agency or consultancy
    • Experience leading and managing multiple digital projects (4+), of varying scales, at the same time.
    • Clear understanding of all principles of digital development process and technologies
    • Proven ability to meet deadlines and deliver to budget
    • Experience with tools such as Confluence and Jira and with CMS platforms such as Drupal, Sitecore and WordPress and Google Analtyics.
