Your opportunity in Melvin Village, NH:
Examining legal issues and advising internal committees on all legal matters
Ensuring compliance with German and applicable European law in all domestic and cross-border activities of the bank, as well as cross-border activities of other group companies into Germany
Providing active and business-oriented legal advice to business areas regarding their activities and contract negotiations
Actively monitoring relevant legal developments at the German and European level and coordinating and cooperating with the Legal Department of the sister company and relevant local authorities for timely analysis and implementation
Participating in projects within the Vontobel Group


What you bring:

Successfully completed First and Second State Examination in Law with several years of relevant practical experience in the legal department of a financial institution or law firm
You are an all-rounder and have particular expertise in banking, banking supervision, securities trading, corporate, data protection, and procedural law
High service and team orientation, hands-on mentality, as well as precise and reliable work style


Good English skills in spoken and written form What awaits you:
