Job Responsibilities:
Designing and developing SAP BI-BO/BW solutions, including data models, ETL processes, and reports.

Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their data and reporting requirements and translating them into technical solutions including functional design documents.

Developing and maintaining documentation for SAP BI-BO/BW solutions, including technical specifications, system diagrams, and user guides.
Ensuring the quality and accuracy of data within the SAP BI-BO/BW system, including managing data integration and validation processes.
Troubleshooting issues within the SAP BI-BO/BW system and working with other IT teams to resolve issues.
Participating in the development of project plans and budgets for SAP BI-BO/BW initiatives.

Keeping up to date with the latest SAP BI-BO/BW tools and technologies and providing guidance and expertise on best practices.

Collaborating with other IT teams to integrate SAP BI-BO/BW solutions with other enterprise systems, such as ERP systems or CRM systems.

To meet report deadline and specification.
Manage data into BW that coming from multiple sources including flat files and web based retail system.
Manage data going out from BW to Datalake.
Work with the HQ team to streamline design of the data warehousing for SEA.
Ensure scheduled reports broadcasted successful and manage the performance.

Requirements:
At least 7++ years of experience in SAP BI-BO/BW development and implementation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, IT teams, and other stakeholders.
Knowledge of SAP BI-BO/BW tools and technologies, including SAP HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, business object and SAP Analytics Cloud.
Knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and reporting in SAP BI-BO/BW.
Experience with SAP business processes and modules, such as FI/CO, SD, MM in Retail Area.
SAP Business Explorer Query Designer (7.x) design experience.
Familiar with SAP BW Info Cube / Multi cube structure as it relates to BW Query Design.
Strong knowledge in HANA view modeling (calculation view, attribute view, analytical view etc).
Strong knowledge in Eclipse (HANA perspective and BW perspective)
Good knowledge in Business Objects Web Intelligence and CMC.
Knowledge in SAP SLT, Databricks and AWS S3 is an added advantage.
Certification in SAP BI-BO/BW is desirable but not mandatory.
