    Job Summary

    + Responsible for full cycle payroll processing including but not limited to processing employee federal and state W-4 forms, direct deposits, retro corrections, and reviewing employee payroll-related information for accuracy.

    + Coordinate the timely processing of time cards meeting established payroll processing deadlines. Including the calculation of overtime, differentials, special adjustments, taxes, benefits, and other authorized deductions including garnishments, levies and child support income withholding orders for accurate payroll processing according to applicable regulations.

    + Timely calculate, prepare, and submit taxes, various quarterly reports, and annual W-2 forms to the appropriate federal and state agencies according to established deadlines.

    + Responsible for the timely coordination and processing of bi-weekly and off-cycle payrolls for distribution by direct deposit or check.

    + Assist employees and leaders in understanding payroll calculations and deductions, investigating problems, and making appropriate corrections. Conduct training of employees/leaders on payroll practices and procedures.

    + Maintain a variety of records and reports, compiling statistical or accounting information as requested.

    + Maintains extensive knowledge of payroll and timekeeping systems.

    + Test, implement and process various practices for multiple payrolls.

    + Provides support in the processing of leave of absence, workers compensation or other pay practices associated with leave.

    Education and/or Experience

    + Associate degree in related field preferred.

    + 2-3 years of full payroll cycle experience required.

    + 2+ years payroll experience using Workday required.

    + Experience Symplr/API Healthcare Time and Attendance system preferred.

    + Must be proficient in Microsoft Work and Excel.

    + FPC or CPP preferred.

    Work Schedule

    + Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm; 80hrs/2wks

    Pay

    The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

    + $ $33.25 per hour
