PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE:
  • Management of projects from concept through completion. Project scopes may vary in scale from integrity / maintenance through large capital expansions.
  • Development of project schedules, budgets and proposals, tracking and reporting on project financial and task metrics, management and mentoring of junior staff and clear and effective communication with clients; and
  • Development of new business opportunities through existing clients or marketing efforts as part of an Epsilon team; and
  • Representing Epsilon at conferences, trade shows and career fairs.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in a natural resourcerelated field including wetland science, biology, ecology, wildlife management, soil science or botany; Master of Science degree is preferred.

years of relevant professional experience in management of natural resource surveys and environmental permitting projects with a particular emphasis on federal and state wetlands / NEPA permitting in New England and New York.


  • General environmental consulting experience in the energy market sector, including but not limited to; traditional and renewable generation facilities, electric and natural gas transmission/distribution, and energy storage projects.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, clients and staff;
  • Understanding of federal, state and local environmental statutes and regulations;
  • Superior writing and oral communication skills;
  • Proven ability to work productively on multiple projects simultaneously as part of a multidisciplinary project team; and
  • Willingness to travel as necessary within the Northeast.

WORKING CONDITIONS IN WHICH THE DUTIES ARE PERFORMED


Epsilon maintains professional offices located in a historic mill in Maynard, MA and the Pine Bush region of Albany, NY.
