Job summary
We're hiring a Service BDC Representative to join our team at Castle Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Naperville. The job involves helping people and creating a better service experience from the first conversation with a customer.Responsibilities
- Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales appointments
- Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts and templates
- Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources
- Presentation of initial financing options based on customer needs/li>FOLLOW UP WITH LEADS THAT ARE NOT READY TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT OR NO-SHOW
