Sales Support Employee at a Gothaer Agency in the Emmendingen Region


This is your new task

  • You are the organizational link between customers, insurance agents, and the corporate headquarters within the Gothaer District Office of Bernd Schmieder
  • You are responsible for the preparation and follow-up of customer appointments
  • You support the agency management and possibly other customer advisors administratively
  • You handle insurance claims and ensure a smooth claims process
  • You work together with the agency team to take measures for customer retention and carry out actions to expand the customer base

What you bring

  • You have successfully completed the training as an insurance and finance clerk
