- Set proper expectations with the insured on expected timeline for repairs and what to expect until final walk through
- Review scope of work and expectations with the subcontractors and homeowners. Document notes, upload job start photos and complete compliance tasks for insurance carrier
- Ensure draw schedule is followed and payments are received
- Perform field inspections on all assigned projects as needed per our guidelines
- 3+ years of construction experience is necessary
- Experience overseeing budgets on projects is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Able to pass a comprehensive background check screening

Job DescriptionBenefits:We are searching for an attentive and hard-working Project Manager with the ability to apply common sense to their projects and work effectively in high-pressure situations. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate with a client-oriented attitude and a desire to provide outstanding customer service. You will be monitoring and controlling the project, scope and costs on all assigned jobs. Our team works with multiple insurance companies to restore damaged properties to their pre-loss condition so this role is very fast-paced.
As a family-owned company that promotes employee well-being and work-life balance, we seek an energetic individual who shares our values and wants a long-term career with us.
This is a full-time salaried position ( $65,000 - $75,000 per year) with quarterly bonuses ( up to $30,000 per year), company vehicle and full benefits.
