Daily Primary responsibilities will be/but not limited to:

  • Refresh leasing office, clubhouse, and kitchen by cleaning, dusting, removal of trash. Replace burned out lights.

Weekly detailing of clubhouse, office, and kitchen (ex:
dusting ceiling fans, blinds, removing webs, discarding expired food).

  • Cleaning & sanitizing of fitness center and all equipment, ceiling fans, windows and mirrors; as well as restocking gym wipes as needed.
  • Clean & Disinfect Sauna.
  • Clean Sun Room and water plants as needed.
  • Clean racquetball court.
  • Unlock and Clean both pool areas and decks; reorganize pool furniture to maintain uniform, remove trash, refill pool when level is low. Blow away leaves and debris. Clean and disinfect all restrooms; restock supplies and replace air fresheners as needed.
  • Clean the mailbox area, sweep, wipe down, pick up and empty trash. Use extension tools to remove debris from roof of gazebo over mailbox if needed.
  • Clean and open Model; turn on lights, vacuum, water plants as needed, and assure model smells good and ready to be shown, report if maintenance is needed (ex: AC not working, carpet needs cleaning, touch up paint needed). Clean/Blow debris within the tour path from office to model.
  • Inspect and clean all other amenities (playgrounds, basketball court, tennis courts, volleyball court)
  • Remove litter and trash on grounds throughout property, including cigarette butts and pet waste. Report areas that have constant cigarette butts/pet waste to be addressed with resident.
  • Maintain stock of pet station bags throughout property.
  • Maintain Dumpster areas. Loose trash should be placed in bins, small debris should be swept and placed in bin. Large items should be broken apart and discarded properly.
  • Report broken sprinklers, leaking valves, puddles, or bodies of water.
  • Additional assignments

Additional Responsibilities not limited to:

  • Assist maintenance with lifting and moving Appliances.
  • Lift and relocate furniture.
  • Trash out vacant units.
  • Janitorial cleaning of vacant units as needed.
  • Observe and report potential hazards to office staff, or supervisor.
  • Light duty maintenance repairs such as replacing bulbs, painting, changing filters, and any other task assigned by supervisor.
  • Any other miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
  • Keep inventory and stock of cleaning supplies; order supplies as needed.
Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs.

Must be able to kneel, bend, stand, or walk for extended periods of time.

Must have great communication skills.

Must have the ability to communicate well with residents, staff, and vendors.

Must be polite and respond well to residents.

Must be able to read, write and understand the proper use of cleaning chemicals and properly label bottles.


Pay:
$18.00 per hour
