- Supervise Client Experience Bankers and provide coaching and mentoring in order to create a World Class service environment for Southern First clients
- Work closely with other bank departments on outside business development calls and handle any client retail deposit needs
- Grow the deposit base by expanding existing relationships and winning new clients
- Offer appropriate bank services and products by developing and maintaining a strong working knowledge of all relevant Bank products and services to include cash management, remote deposit, ACH and wires and positive pay services
- Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all policies/procedures/regulations/applicable laws
- Research and verify account information, client inquiries and resolve problems for clients, as necessary. Discuss products and rates. Provide Safe deposit box services
- Provide services such as account opening, responding to clients and providing leadership to the team
- Complete other duties as assigned
- Five years banking experience, preferably in Client Services or related area
- Must have basic computer skills
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience and ability to write and conduct an objective employee performance review
- Interpersonal communication skills in order to represent the Bank in a positive way in dealing with clients and other team members
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
- Extensive knowledge of retail banking rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
- Maintain regular, consistent, and professional attendance, punctuality, and professional appearance
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience using bank systems, such as Horizon XE
