    Description
    Project Managers - Regulatory Compliance (no C2C or 3rd parties)

    We seek skills with any or all of the following:
    Banking experience, Regulatory and Governance, MRA, ITAM, or Audit project experience
    Candidates need to understand the criticality of those types of projects and be able to drive these projects with tight deadlines
    Experience leading projects to execute highly complex initiatives of significant scope, scale and risk to successfully deliver project objectives and benefits
    Program/project management expertise including working knowledge and application of Waterfall, Hybrid and/or Agile methodologies
    Demonstrated ability leading multiple concurrent projects
    Adept at navigating a matrixed environment, influence, inform, and collaborate with all levels of the organization
    Strong writing, communication and presentation skills to effectively share information, collaborate and drive results
    Any ITAM or Matter Requiring Attention (MRA) exposure
    Any experience with banking regulations (FINRA, BASEL, CCAR, BSA, AML, etc.), Compliance, audits, etc
    Responsibilities

    Manage IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Matter Requiring Attention (MRA) projects so we can meet a regulatory mandate for banking compliance and assemble ongoing processes for future compliance
    Responsible for leading the successful delivery of banking projects following corporate and regulatory standards and best practices
    Qualifications

    • Any experience with banking regulations (FINRA, BASEL, CCAR, BSA, AML, etc.), Compliance, audits, etc
