    GCOM is looking for candidates, to fill a role of Dynamics Developer - PATS to join our NYC Administration for Children's Services.


    Responsibilities:

    The work will include but not limited to:
    Building and enhancing the cloud based Dynamics applications.

    The work will include both development of new systems or enhancements to existing systems, and also support in resolving bugs entered by users under the supervision of the Dynamics team lead.

    The vendor will provide a MS Dynamics and related technologies developer with minimum of three years of MS Dynamics development experience.

    The developer selected will perform unit testing and Quality Assurance testing remediation.
    The developer will be onsite at 150 Williams in downtown NYC at least 3 days a week.
    ACS will interview and approve the candidate for this position.

    ACS reserves the option to replace the developer if the person does not meet the qualifications and/or does not demonstrate these qualifications while onsite.


    Mandatory Qualifications:
    This Dynamics Developer must have the following skills and experience in MS Dynamics 365 application development:

    Designs, develops, programs, and implements assigned project utilizing MS Dynamics 365, Dynamics Portal, Power Apps, .Net technologies, and Java-script.
    Designs and develops data integrations between MS Dynamics 365, SQL Server, and Oracle database(s).
    Develop reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
    Create Technical Design Documents
    Experience using TFS
    Able to meet and deliver on deadlines


    Desired Qualifications:
    Experience working in a government setting will be a plus
    NYC government is also a plus


    The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions.


    This includes, but is not limited to:
    skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and geographic location.

    At GCOM, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.

    A reasonable estimate of the current hourly range is $50.00 to $60.00.
