LASCO is one of the leading manufacturers of machine tools and equipment for forming technology and the construction materials industry. We develop, design, and manufacture individual solutions for industrial users in over 60 countries around the world.

To ensure long-term workforce security, LASCO has been offering the opportunity for dual studies in cooperation with the University of Applied Sciences in Coburg since 2009. This combined study program combines practical training in the company with a bachelor's degree from the university.

Participants first complete a traditional apprenticeship according to the dual system (practical training and vocational school) and take the IHK exam after 3 years. From the second year of training, they study at the university and expand their practical knowledge in the company during the lecture-free period.

In the ideal case, they will already have their bachelor's degree after 4.5 years.
