Principle Accountabilities

In addition to following Epson policies and procedures, principle accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

Prepares and processes receiving spreadsheets and documentation
Organizes and maintains department filing system
Assists in the research and resolution of receiving material and documentation discrepancies
Schedules over the road, less than load, and air deliveries
Works with customs and drayage companies with research of detention charges
Communicates with receiving team of receiving issues that may arise
Maintains and distributes required reports
Reviews purchase orders and open receipts to ensure shipments are correctly received in
Reviews and helps maintain incoming shipments have correct units of measure including resending of ASNs
Works with planners to ensure all incoming items are in-transit and available for receipt including creating inbound deliveries for items needing receipt
Tracks shipments with special requirements including FDA holds and department flips
Communicates container status with planners, drayage, and container companies
Communicates with receiving team on hot requests including tracking and help locating product
Maintain stock quantity of office supplies including dock labels and placards
Perform miscellaneous system reports, creation of purchase orders, and stock transfers as directed

The starting annual base pay for this role is between USD $22.00 and $27.00/hr. Please note that this position's salary range may include multiple levels. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
