    Job Description

    Job DescriptionDescriptionSupport Mimeo Business, Mimeo Schools, and Gateway Go-to-Market operations with Data Analytics, KPIs, Performance Reporting, and Process Development. Maintain communications with internal and external stakeholders to solve problems and facilitate successful resolutions. Comply with corporate policies and internal control procedures.
    Key Responsibilities
    • Collect and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and patterns
    • Measure and evaluate KPIs
    • Develop reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
    • Assist in the development and implementation of business processes
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project planning and execution
    • Conduct research and benchmarking to support business planning and market analysis
    • Assist in ad hoc tasks and projects as needed.
    • Provide Excellent customer service to internal and external customers.


    Skills Knowledge and Expertise
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Statistics, Data Analytics or related field
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
    • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights
    • Knowledge of Data Visualization principles and tools
    • The ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively, tailoring the message to different stakeholders
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other data analysis tools
    • PowerBI, Tableau, and or SQL experience a plus
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
    • Good listening and communication skills.
