    Description

    MCR Safety, a Bunzl company, is seeking ahighly motivated Sales Operations Analyst who is driven, detailoriented and collaborative. The Sales Operations Analystperforms functions and support services specific to the SalesDepartment and additionally the entire business organization. Actas Liaison with Sales, purchasing & Finance. This rolespecifically provides support the entire commercial organizationwith other assigned responsibilities as needed.

    Job Duties:

    • Manipulate, extract, cleans, validate, test,and interpret substantial amounts of data by applying database andother applications
    • Develop ad-hoc analyticalmodels to support forecasting, budgeting, and other financial andnon-financial data when necessary
    • Organizeplans, develop detail tasks and timelines, and manages deliveryagainst schedules for assigned projects
    • Evaluate analysis of new project proposals, includingfinancial modeling of resources, costs, revenue, and ROI
    • Develop financial models and analyze them to supportstrategic initiatives
    • Analyze the trends ofKey Performance Indicators (KPI), especially relating to financialmetrics such as sales, expenditures, and profit margin
    • Present the monthly and quarterly financial reports ofvarious units and departments
    • Conductcomparable analysis as necessary in support of key business metricsand objectives
    • Develop, track & reportmeaningful financial metrics to support data driven businessdecisions
    • Maintain financial models andreports relating to sales productivity, revenue, and operationalactivities
    • Monitor KPI and identify the causeof any unexpected variances

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business or a relatedfield required; concentration in Accounting/Financepreferred.
    • 1-3 years of experience in financeor related field is required.
    • Must demonstratea working intermediate knowledge of software including MicrosoftOffice applications.
    • Self-starter withattention to detail and high level of accuracy
    • Strong organizational, multi-tasking and interpersonalskills
    • Effective oral & writtencommunication skills
    • Excellent analytic andmodeling skills
    • Knowledge of SAPpreferred.
    • Professional demeanor and abilityto manage confidential information.
    • Stronginterpersonal and communication skills
    • Abilityto compile and analyze data and prioritize work to meetdeadlines.
    • Must have ability to learn PowerBiand design and develop ad hoc reporting.
    • Workwell with multifunctional groups/people and coordinate thecompletion of tasks.
    • Personal integrity andcommitment to high moral standards and business ethics
    • Effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks in afast-paced environment
    • Work independently andchart your own course, while knowing when to seekguidance.
