Arcobaleno is a renowned leader in the culinary equipment industry, specializing in hiqh-quality Pasta Equipment.We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to contribute to our accounting department, an enthusiastic, organized individual who can learn and grow with our team.
Core Responsibilities
- Assist with new customer setup/onboarding in accounting system
- Manage accounts receivable and be able to call customers to request payment
- Prepare customer credits with supporting documents for review
- Assist and participate in other projects as assigned and requested
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance
- Experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability and desire to own Accounts Receivable function
- High level of integrity and professionalism
Pay:
$ $26.00 per hour
