Summary/Objective:

This position is responsible for giving daily tours of Lambeau Field and the Green Bay Packers facility. The work involves speaking to a variety of groups in a professional, educational, and entertaining manner. The work involves extensive hospitality expertise with a developed understanding of customer service.


Responsibilities:


  • Perform daily stadium tours as needed.
  • Present, entertain, and engage large groups (up to 35 people) of people from all over the world on the Packers and Lambeau Field history.
  • Monitor the groups while on the tour and troubleshoot any problems that may arise.
  • Assist in establishing and maintaining a superior measure of customer satisfaction.
  • Answer inquiries regarding information on the Stadium Tours, Hall of Fame and Atrium.
  • Assist with other tasks as needed.

Qualifications:


  • Exhibit the characteristics of an energetic and patient individual.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to speak in front of diverse groups of people.
  • Highly dependable and reliable at all times.
  • Be available weekdays, late evenings, weekends, and game weekends.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:


  • Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time throughout the day.
  • Ability to reach, bend, climb, and lift on a frequent basis.
  • Operates in a professional environment.

Travel:
No regular travel is expected for this position.
