Outside Sales Consultant

Job ResponsibilitiesAs an Outside Sales Consultant with MJC, you will consistently identify new sources of business, maintain high productivity and sales standards and achieve sales quotas within your protected territory.
Additional responsibilities of the Outside Sales Consultant include:
- Cold-calling homeowners
- Running meetings with potential clients to analyze their needs and present the appropriate solutions
- Run insurance adjustments and advocate for the homeowner
- Effectively communicate best solutions to the homeowner
- Negotiating sales contracts
- Overseeing account installations

Additional requirements for the Outside Sales Consultant include:
- 3 year of outside sales experience with a track record of success preferred
- Reliable Transport
- Valid Driver's License
- Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office Suite, CRM and handheld devices like a iPad
- Ability to develop sales strategies
- Knowledge of construction sales is preferred

$50, $150,000.00 per year
