- Compile production data to drive informed decision-making by the project team.
- Provide accurate and timely data analysis and presentations.
- Prepare reports to track field production against targets.
- Update monthly cost reports, including data verification, entry, and reconciliation with project budget.
- Review and provide information for monthly financial statements.
- Identify key trends like cost slippage and savings opportunities for reporting to the Project Manager.
- Collaborate with Project Management to identify critical cost items and projections.
- Prepare tools and reports for productivity tracking.
- Support the project team in preparing and reviewing AWOs, back charges, and cost transfers.
- Work closely with Project Manager and Construction Manager for proactive cost management.
- Monitor progress billings.
- Review subcontractor billings, payments, and accruals.
- Conduct periodic visits to project office and site for work details understanding.
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Business.
- Basic grasp of monthly financial reporting and construction cost management practices.
- Preferred 2 to 5 years of construction financial management experience.
- Basic understanding of construction and field terminology.
- Preferred 2 to 5 years of construction field experience.
- Computer proficiency: Cost Systems (CMiC and HCSS preferred), Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to grasp project details.
