- Bachelor's Degree or 4 years' technology development experience
- At least 2 years of experience with technical development in Blue Yonder SCPO, Demand and Fulfillment OR Blue Yonder Category Management application
- At least 5 years' experience with Oracle and PL/SQL programming language
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Systems
- 2+ years of experience leading development team with configuring Blue Yonder Demand, Fulfillment, and S&OP applications including UDTs, UDCs, user set up/access, FE pages, dashboards, and reporting OR 2+ years of experience leading development team with Blue Yonder Category Management application
- Certification in Blue Yonder SCPO Technical, Blue Yonder SCPO Implementation AND/OR Certification in Blue Blue Yonder CatMan Implementation
- Strong knowledge of the Blue Yonder SCPO database schemas
- Optimizing and maintaining the BY/JDA platform (patches, upgrades, archive job maintenance)
- Demonstrated interpersonal, teamwork and relationship building skills in order to work effectively and contribute to a team environment
- Highly skilled in root cause analysis, debugging, and understanding E2E technical data flows
- Experience with Agile and DevOps methodology and working within an AWS environment
- Participating with the business in discovery sessions and helping to clarify the business problems and opportunities
- Documenting and communicating all technical aspects of design
- This is a remote position with occasional travel our headquarters in Kansas City, MO
- The salary range for this job is between $90,000 and $130,000. Salary will take into consideration several factors including location.

We are looking for two Software Engineers (BY-SCOP & BY-CatMan) who will be responsible for leading development and support teams while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to maintain Agile principles and methodologies. This position serves the organizational purpose of ensuring the team is appropriately staffed and technically skilled to enable Hallmark Technology to swiftly respond to market demands, deliver value to customers iteratively, and maintain a competitive edge in the fast-paced tech landscape.
