Position Overview:
Performs a variety of duties on the trayline (i.e., trayline starter, cold station, dish up, hot beverage, soups and vegetables, load and catch and scrape trays).
EDUCATION
- HS Diploma or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. or equivalent education/experience
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Demonstrates ability to use various food services supplies and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to effectively present information in oneonone and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
