Wholesale Operations Support / Allocation **Associate
- Apparel**A Wholesale Intimate Apparel and Sleepwear company, located in NYC
Responsibilities to include:
- Order entry & management into Blue Cherry system.
- Following Order Allocation through to warehouse
- Managing order related tasks & requests.
- Communicating with buyers, sales & warehouse as needed.
- Reporting and answering buyer requests.
- Processing price tickets, TOP samples, and other order related functions.
Qualifications / Responsibilities:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role within an Intimate Apparel / Sleepwear company
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be proficient in Excel and Word.
- ERP software experience A, Blue Cherry Infinity
- Must possess ability to work in a fastpaced environment, with a positive attitude, and be eager to learn.
- Reliable and responsible team player
- Heavy volume working with in house team.
- Liaise on daily tasks involving Sales and warehouse.
- Retailer style setups (working with retailer templates/systemsportals)
- Track sales orders, EDI orders and make sure they have been entered into the system accurately.
- Maintain open order reports, modifying any dates as needed with approval from sales.
- Check orders and maintain orders in system.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- A college degree is required
Pay:
$60, $65,000.00 per year
