Good morning,I am looking for a professional to help me file a claim for damages against my upstairs neighbor in Moore, OK. I also need assistance obtaining the community accounts, minutes, and invoices as they have not been provided for the past 15 years.
The damages claim dates back to 4 years ago when water started leaking from their terrace into my home. They made a "repair" and in November 2022, they painted over the stains and covered the hole in my living room. However, in September 2023, the water started leaking again, this time in multiple rooms, and it still has not been fixed.
This situation has caused me so much anxiety that I am currently undergoing treatment with a psychologist and have been referred to a cardiologist for my frequent heart palpitations whenever it rains. I am currently 27 weeks pregnant and have documentation from the emergency room, psychologist, and will soon have one from the cardiologist.
I would like to start the claim as soon as possible.
