Description
Our manufacturing process is highly automated, and we produce ecological cellulose insulation by recycling newsprint and cardboard.Position reports directly to Production Supervisor
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Setting up machines (calibration, cleaning etc.) to start the process and ensure efficient running of production.
- Monitoring quality of material produced.
- Monitoring, maintaining and operating equipment and the automated process.
- Participate to troubleshoot equipment for any kind of malfunction.
- Participate in the optimization of the process.
- Maintain a clean and organized working environment.
- Assist Production Supervisor with the daily production activities.
- 2 to 3 years' experience as a manufacturing operator.
- Safe and quality oriented.
- Able and willing to work under pressure.
- Team player.
- Able to perform duties with mínimal supervision.
Schedule:
- Day shift.
- 40 hours a week, possibility of overtime.
