Responsibilities

  • Supports Managing Director.
  • Oversees the financial aspects of the business, such as billing, banking, and accounting.
  • Address and resolve residents' complaints and concerns.
  • Protects resident's confidentiality following HIPAA guidelines.
  • Maintains a clean work environment.
  • Answer multiline telephone, screen, and direct calls take and relay messages, and provide information to callers.
  • Give tours to potential clients and families.
  • Direct individuals to the correct destination, and deal with queries from the public and clients.
  • Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of the organization.
  • Prepare letters and documents, receive, sort, and distribute mail, maintain office filing, and organize meetings.
  • Contact contractors and vendors for their services, such as billing agencies and accounting services.
  • Responsible for all aspects of hiring requirements, personnel files, and collections of past due accounts.
  • Supervises the selection and ordering of supplies.
  • Makes sure that educational pamphlets and brochures of services are readily available for residents.
  • Other duties as required.

Requirements:


  • Managing staff, including hiring and dismissal.
  • HR experience.
  • Accounts receivable and payable.
