    Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years paraprofessional or special education experience required.

    Paraprofessionals

    ProCare Therapy is seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Paraprofessional to join our team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of students with special needs.

    ProCare Therapy Benefits/Compensation:

    • Starting hourly pay rate of $18-25+/hr (Basedon experience, education, and area)
    • Weekly pay throughout the entirety of the assignment as a W-2 Employee
    • A comprehensive benefits package through United Healthcare
    • 401(k)retirement options with an additional company match

    Everyday Duties:

    • Assist classroom teachers in implementing instructional activities and strategies.
    • Work closely with students, providing individualized support and assistance as needed.
    • Collaborate with special education teachers and other team members to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
    • Provide emotional and behavioral support to students.

    Requirements:

    • Paraprofessional Educator License (PEL)
    • Classroom experience/special education experience (Preferred)
    • Associate's or Bachelor's degree (Preferred)

    Interview Process:

    • 15 minute screening phone call with a ProCare Therapy representative
    • 30 Minute zoom interviews with the district
    • Offers are typically 24/48 hours after an interview
    • You will be provided an interview prep sheet prior to the interview process
