Job Overview:


Duties:

• Clean and sanitize bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living rooms and other designated areas
• Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping floors
• Emptying trash receptacles and disposing of waste
• Refill supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels
• Notify management of any damages or repairs needed
• Follow cleaning schedules and procedures
• Detailed Housekeeping

Skills:

• Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning
• Ability to work efficiently with mínimal supervision
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift/carry cleaning equipment
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies is a plus
• Knowledge of home staging for short term rentals is a plus
