    • Base Salary: $140K-$155K DOE

    Job Details
    • Lead/implement/improve EH&S program, motivate/share safety knowledge with others, planning, ensure safety compliance with state/city/OSHA/company/clients, resolve issues/disputes, promote safety culture, develop training, and ensure sub safety compliance
    • Accident/incident investigations and corrective measures
    • Personable, building relationships with onsite employees and not a "safety cop"
    Requirements:
    • 5+ years of experience as a Safety Manager on construction jobsites
    • Minimum of holding a current CHST
    • CSP, GSP, ASP, and OSHA 500 are preferred
    • Strong communication and people skills
    • Performing safety training is required
    • Solid professional work references
    • Must pass DMV check, drug test, and background screening
