Your tasks:

  • You support the design team of our graphics department in project management.
  • You are responsible for controlling, coordinating, and documenting projects within the team, taking on resource planning and coordinating with department management.
  • In doing so, you advise our internal and external clients such as agencies, photographers, and printers on all design matters through clear and effective communication and manage collaboration with them.
  • You juggle not only with deadlines, but also with ideas - ensuring adherence to deadlines and scheduling, combined with proactive communication in case of possible deviations, is your playing field.
  • And because "hands-on" is part of your mentality, you also support in the implementation of operational design tasks.

Your skills:

  • You have successfully completed your studies or training in the field of graphic design, visual communication, communication design, media design, or have a comparable qualification with a business background.
  • You have already gained extensive professional experience in the graphic field as well as in project management regarding graphic topics, ideally in an agency or a similar environment.
  • You are passionate about organizing and designing projects and bring a high level of commitment to demanding tasks such as communicating changes in schedules and corrections.
