Description
POSITION PURPOSE Responsible for providing the members and guests with service in the locker rooms, which are gender specific, including caring for member footwear, amenities in the Club's locker room wet areas and tracking locker rentals and cancellations while maintaining order and cleanliness

II. ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Greet members and guests and ensure that member satisfaction standards are consistently attained
  • Ensure the safety and security of all members and guests as needed and that all safety, accident and emergency policies and procedures are in place and consistently followed
  • Issue lockers, keys, towels, etc. to members and guests as needed and assign lockers for guests during tournaments
  • Maintain a list of occupied lockers and provide a billing list to the Accounting office
  • Maintain an inventory of supplies, including shampoo, body wash, shaving razors, mouthwash and linens
  • Interact with F&B Grill manager to purchase locker room linens and supplies as needed
  • Inspect locker area to ensure proper appearance, maintenance, cleanliness and safety
  • Resolve member and guest complaints
  • Operate within budget limitations
  • Make recommendations about capital budget requirements
  • Meet with Golf Starter as to guest locker needs
  • Other duties as assigned
III. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified
  • Ability to manage all aspects of the locker room, including supervision of locker room staff
  • Ability to use Bench Mounted Grinder/Buffer
  • Demonstrated organization and coordination skills and ability to meet deadlines and multitask
  • Ability to maintain quality and safety standards and coordinate quality assurance programs in areas of responsibility
  • Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills to a wide variety of constituents and must be fluent in English
  • Excellent interpersonal/relationshipbuilding skills
  • Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service
IV. Physical Demands and Work Environment

  • Must be able to sit, stand, walk, squat, reach, pull, bend, stoop, twist, climb, clean, and lift up to 20 pounds
  • Must be able to dial, collate, file, open/close, sort, staple, fold/unfold and insert/remove
  • Must be able to handle hot and cold interior and exterior conditions and exposure to dust, fumes or gases
  • Must be able to work in close proximity to moving machinery
  • Independent mobility

$ $15.00 per hour

Pay:
$ $16.78 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week
