Responsibilities:


  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions for clients struggling with substance abuse disorders.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and integrated care.
  • Utilize evidencebased practices and therapeutic modalities to facilitate recovery and promote longterm sobriety.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and agency policies.
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding addiction, recovery, and relapse prevention strategies.
  • Monitor client progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for clients
  • Completion of notes and documentation in a timely manner
  • Educate clients on coping mechanisms, relapse prevention strategies, and healthy lifestyle choices
  • Stay current with developments in the field of substance abuse treatment through ongoing professional development

Qualifications:


  • Ability to pass a urine drug screen and background check.
  • Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience working with individuals with substance abuse/mental health disorders is required.

Pre-Employment Requirements:


  • Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • 2 TB Skin Tests within the last year
  • First Aid & CPR Certified

Benefits:

  • Time and a half pay on companyapproved holidays.

Shift Availability:


  • Monday-Friday: 8am4:30pm, 9am5:30pm, 10am6:30pm, 11:30am8pm (Flexible shifts available).

Pay:
$41, $55,000.00 per year
