Busy manufacturing company in the North Hollywood area is experiencedCNC Programmers and CNC Lathe Operators
Duties and Responsibilities
- Reading and interpreting technical blueprints and design models
- Inputting the design specifications
- Adjusting the machine cutting paths
- Choosing and inputting the correct cutting tools for the job
- Adjusting machine settings to meet required product specifications
- Creating instructions for machinist
- Set up, operate and troubleshoot CNC Lathe/Mill machines
- Knowledge of changing tooling and running programs
- Loads and unloads raw materials.
- Sets up equipment or accessories needed during production.
- Calibrate all necessary equipment
- Uses precision measurement tools
Qualifications
- 35 years of CNC programming experience
- 35 years of Machine Operator experience with CNC Mill and or Lathe
- 35 years of manufacturing experience
- Handson experience setting up programs
- Basic knowledge of g code, m code
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to communicate in English.
Schedule
- Shift 5am to 1:30 pm
- Expected shift hours
- 8 hrs.
- Expected hours: 40 per week.
Pay
- $25+ per hour
