Job summary
Otis Seafood House is opening soon in the heart of the French Quarter and we're building a leadership team that believes hospitality is a craft.
We're seeking a Dining Room Manager who knows how to lead from the floor set the tone for service and create an environment where both guests and team members feel genuinely cared for.
Qualifications
- Previous FOH management or strong leadership experience in a full-service restaurant
- A hospitality-first mindset with a hands-on leadership style
- Strong communication organization and team-building skills
- The ability to lead with both warmth and authority on the floor
- Pride in setting standards and holding them consistently
