Community Physical was founded in 1986 by Bob Tripicchio, PT, MS, DSc, on the premise that people are the most important asset of any organization.

Description

Do you have a passion for geriatric rehabilitation? This is an excellent opportunity to work with the geriatric population in Burr Ridge within a beautiful campus that offers Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services.

You will provide outpatient therapy services to residents using the EMR-Thera Office. Visits must occur during business hours, possibly 2-3 times a week, up to 10-15 hours a week.

Job Responsibilities:

Adhere to the policies and procedures for providing therapy services by the goals of CPT and Facility.
Maintain the standards for rehabilitation services.
Perform administrative duties as necessary for the day-to-day operations of the rehab department.
Develop a good rapport with the patient, their family members, third-party payers, and any others involved in the patient's total management.
