- To identify Company growth potential via Category Management process, choose and implement appropriate growth strategy.
- To manage and develop the category in all retail channels (B&M and online) based on Company strategic goals and deep understanding of Shopper behavior and market trends helping to achieve Company sales, distribution and share targets.
- To build and develop partner relations through understanding of Customer Strategy and providing win-win-win solutions (Shopper-Customer-Hasbro), establish Hasbro toy expert and valuable supplier.
- To provide thorough understanding of shopper attitudes, needs and behavior in specific product categories and communicate key learning across Sales and Marketing, transform Shopper knowledge into actionable recommendations to drive in-store excellence.
- To maximize Company sales through efficient assortment and shelf layout recommendations, based on understanding of retailer shopper specifics.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of Category Insights Management experience
- Expertise and working knowledge in Trade Marketing, Shopper Insights and Analytics / Business Intelligence is Required.
- Experience with NPD/GFK/Kantar/ACNielsen/Numerator/JDA BlueYonder
- High level of computer literacy (MS Office, Space Planning systems, portfolio optimization tools).
- Individual contributor and self-starter, able to balance the customer agenda with internal requirements.
- Business partnership skills, able to collaborate, influence and work as part of a matrix organization.
- Strategic thinking and vision.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze data from different sources, turning complex data into simple stories.
- Project & program management.
- Category and Shopper insights generation background (preferred).
