Hickam Housing, HI is looking for a contractor to build a perimeter wall. The wall is currently one meter high and needs to be raised by approximately one meter (5 or 6 rows). The base is made of 12x40x20 blocks with pillars every 3 meters. There is one wall that is 31 meters long and another that is 36 meters long. Thank you
