We are currently seeking a Personnel and Payroll Clerk (m/f/d) for our client in the social services sector in Oak Forest, IL.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of employment contracts and terminations
- Drafting of employment references and warnings
- Certification and correspondence
- Input and updating of personnel master data
- Data entry for payroll processing
- Independent execution of payroll processing
- Maintenance of personnel files
- Consultation on personnel matters
- Participation in process optimization in the HR department
Qualifications:
- Completed commercial or tax education
- Experience and current knowledge in payroll processing and personnel administration
- Good knowledge of labor, social security, and income tax law
- Good computer skills (MS Office and payroll software)
- Organizational talent and a structured, careful, and independent way of working
- Flexibility and reliability
