**Job Skills / Requirements**

**Job Duties:**

As you might expect, cleaning is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, youll be:

+ Cleaning restrooms, break areas, stairs, and other places.

+ Taking out the trash

+ Sanitizing

+ Sweeping

+ Vacuuming

+ Mopping

+ Dusting

**Work Environment:**

Dow Freeport is multiple plants around the area. Each employee has their own 8-hour route. Employees may have to walk from building to building in the heat. Employees are transferred in a fifteen-passenger van to enter the plant.

Amount time spend outside: 30%-50%

Very busy chemical manufacturing plant

Buildings are spread out

Ride in a shuttle van from one building to another

Cleaning environment: stairs, tiles, carpet, public areas, buildings, offices, chemical plant, and warehouse.

Type of facility: office, warehouse, guard shacks, and chemical plant.

**Hourly Rate:** $ 12

**Full-time day shift:** 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

**Location:** Freeport, TX

**Requirements:**

You **must** be 18 years old

You **must** have work authorization

You **must** take training courses and pass Safety Council

You **must** pass a breath, urine, and hair follicle test

Multiple safety tests required

Require to obtain a badge

An additional extended background is required.

A pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check are required.
