Description
"Here you can make a difference. As a metal technology specialist at Linde in Schalchen, you will work in one of our production halls or, if you are particularly interested in assembly work, on one of the many construction sites in Germany and abroad. There, you will be involved in the construction of high-tech devices and components for large-scale plants, or you will maintain them, such as heat exchangers, tanks, and columns. You will work with technical drawings, sketches, or instructions.

At the beginning, you will learn the basic mechanical skills of the profession in the training workshop.

After just a few days, you will operate machines, and in your first year of training, you will independently plan and create workpieces and projects.

After that, you will have assignments in production and specialist departments, where you can apply and deepen what you have learned.

At the vocational school, you will acquire the theoretical foundations for this. In-house training at Linde will allow you to further deepen your knowledge and prepare for exams.

After gaining some work experience, you will have the opportunity to pursue further training as an industrial mechanic
