Head of Operational Rescue Services

Rettungsdienst Niederlausitz gGmbH is a county-owned company located at the FamilienCampus Lausitz in Klettwitz.

Our responsibilities include ground-based rescue services in the Oberspreewald-Lausitz district, with 8 rescue stations and approximately 170 employees, mainly in the professions of paramedic, emergency medical technician, and emergency medical services technician.

We are currently seeking dedicated and motivated employees to join our back office team in the area of OPERATIONAL RESCUE SERVICES.

What you can expect:

As the head of operational rescue services, you will ensure the readiness of our ground-based rescue services in the Oberspreewald-Lausitz district and oversee the associated employees.

You will be responsible for personnel management and planning, as well as leading the development of a quality management system for Rettungsdienst Niederlausitz gGmbH.

You will play a key role in shaping the future of our rescue services with your innovative ideas and hands-on mentality, working closely with the management team and your team of station managers.

Your responsibilities will also include:

Acting as a liaison with hospitals, other emergency and rescue organizations, and emergency physicians
Assisting with personnel selection and conducting employee meetings
