Shifts: 3 x 12's (Rotating)


Salary:
$2520 per week


Seven Healthcare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Globe, AZ.

As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care and support to expectant mothers and their newborns during labor, delivery, and postpartum.


Responsibilities:


  • Monitoring maternal and fetal health throughout labor and delivery.
  • Providing emotional support and coaching to women and their families during childbirth.
  • Administering medications, epidurals, and other pain management interventions as prescribed.
  • Assisting with medical procedures, such as cesarean sections and episiotomies, as needed.
  • Conducting postpartum assessments and providing education on newborn care and breastfeeding.
  • Collaborating with obstetricians, midwives, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes for mothers and babies.
  • Maintaining accurate and thorough documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.

Requirements:


  • Valid RN license in the state of Arizona or Compact.
  • Graduated from an accredited Nursing Program.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in labor and delivery nursing.
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and focused in highstress situations.
  • Commitment to providing patientcentered care with compassion and empathy.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
