If you enjoy working in product teams and taking ownership of support cases or key accounts, then Text Control is the perfect place for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for our products, including TX Text Control, TX Spell, and DS Server, through email, live chat, and phone calls.
  • Reproduce and troubleshoot issues, and communicate them with our development teams.
  • Contribute to product development by addressing problems and fulfilling feature requests.
  • Act as a liaison between customer requirements and our development teams.

The following skills are beneficial:

  • Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English.
  • Experience in software development using one or more programming languages, such as C++, C#, or JavaScript.
  • Ability to work independently and in small teams.
  • Self-motivated and able to work efficiently.
  • Experience in software testing.
