We are searching to add a
Construction Manager to our hard-working team.

As one of our Construction Managers, you will be an integral member of our team, servicing our customers and clients in Grand Rapids and the Lakeshore.

At Eastbrook Homes, our job is to walk alongside our clients as they build their dream home.

The right person will value the importance of communication across the client, the contractors working on the home and our internal sales team.

This role will also be responsible for managing the daily construction activities, job schedules, job qualities and cost controls of each work site.


Facilitate the review of home design plans, product selections, change requests and specifications between the client and internal team at Eastbrook Homes.


  • Inspect and confirm that product deliveries are the right quality, count and specification.
  • Participate in team meetings with sales department to discuss community appearance issues and job status.
  • Manage schedules of their jobs, making adjustments and modifications as needed.
  • Maintain weekly communication with clients to inform them of the status of their homes.
  • Manage contractors and the use of materials to limit jobsite variances.
  • Understand and incorporate your knowledge of local building codes and continually inspect to maintain quality.
  • Participate in walkthroughs with Management, Sales, and Service to ensure the highest quality product to each client.
  • Approve purchase orders for payment based on jobsite inspection.
  • Maintain relationships with local inspectors.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from 4year college or university.
  • 6 years related experience or training.
  • Project management skills; we need someone who can multitask and work with a number of different teams.
  • Uncompromising customer service skills.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, area, circumference and volume.
  • Problem solving capabilities.
  • Exceptional attitude, enthusiasm and desire to make a difference.

$70, $90,000.00 per year
