As a Customer Service Associate you serve a valuable role in our branch by providing a positive first impression to customers through friendly and courteous service. This position is a great way to start a fulfilling career at Capitol Federal and can provide you with the skills you need for advancement within the bank.
This is a Part-Time position working up to 28 hours a week. Normal weekly schedule is Monday - Friday 1:00pm - 6:15pm and Saturday 8:45am - 12:15pm.

Processing customer transactions
Actively support our customers by identifying customer needs and suggest banking products and services for their solution
Counting cash and balancing a drawer
