We assisted over 3000+ customers with water and fire emergencies in 2023 across the DFW metroplex and are a full turnkey provider for our customers doing everything from Water and Fire Emergency Services, Moving and Storage of Contents, and Textile Cleaning all the way to Reconstruction.

    The Restoration technician performs production processes to fulfill the service needs of individual restoration projects and maintains the professional appearance of SERVPRO equipment, as well as an assigned service vehicle. By providing quality, consistent, efficient work, the Restoration technician represents the best in the cleanup and restoration industry.

    Job Description:

    Respond to service calls as needed. Perform services as assigned, following SERVPRO production guidelines. Communicate with the crew chief to make sure all customer needs are met. Support crew chief and other production personnel, as needed. Clean and maintain vehicles, equipment, warehouse, and office areas, as needed.
    • Perform demolition on materials such as flooring, drywall and cabinets
    • Load work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project.
    • Prepare rooms/areas for work activities. Help set up staging area and equipment for each project.
    • Communicate with the restoration supervisor and other technicians to maintain efficient production processes
    • Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown. Leave jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance
    • Perform production processes following SERVPRO production guidelines per work order per crew chief directions
    Qualifications:
    • Effective oral communication
    • Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred
    • High school diploma/GED
    • IICRC certifications preferred however not required
    • Valid drivers license
    • Ability to travel locally and out of state as necessary
    • Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
    Physical and Work Environment Requirements:
    • Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance
    • Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing,
    • Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
    • Ability to work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces under buildings)
    • Repetitive pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objects
