Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members.
Extend job offers, run background checks and process new hire paperwork.
Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and employment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in human resources, High school diploma with 2 years human resource or recruiting experience
Bilingual REQUIRED ( English and Spanish)
Excellent organizational and timemanagement abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
