    Help Desk Tier II

    Washington, D.C




    MUST:

    Active Top Secret clearance is required
    3 years' experience as a Help Desk Technician
    1+ years with MS Active Directory
    1+ years with Remedy ticketing
    Windows 10, MS Office
    Excellent technical knowledge of computer hardware.
    Security+ CE
    Associate degree in technology





    DUTIES:

    Perform duties in support of a wide variety of IT issues for end-users.
    Follow strict ITIL and ISO guidelines using ITSM system with monitored SLAs.
    Well-versed in Windows operating systems with hands-on experience troubleshooting end-user technology problems.

    Typical requests include:
    PC, laptop, desktop, and software issues
    Installation and configuration
    Phone support
    User Account Management
    VTC setup and support for meetings
